CC-USB-SU

The CC-USB is a full speed USB 2.0B to serial adapter.  It is designed to add USB support to an existing Socket Modem™ location (CC-USB-SU).  It may also be used to adapt other CCI Socket modules to USB (CC-USB-B).

Features

• Drop in replacement for CCI family Socket products
• USB Powered (no target power required)
• Supports baud rates from 300 bps to 1 Mbps
• All UART signals available
• 576 byte receive buffer / 640 byte transmit buffer
• Hardware and X-ON/X-OFF handshaking supported
• Windows, Linux and Mac device drivers available

    Bridge (B model)

• Drop in replacement for CCI family Socket products
• USB Powered (no target power required)
• Can supply up to 100mA 3.3V to peripheral

    USB peripheral (S model)

• Drop in replacement for CCI family Socket products
• No power supply required, CC-USB powered by USB bus
• May be populated with USB-B connector (U model) or using J1 header for off board connection.
